* Ubuntu ല് ഡീഫാള്ട്ട് യുസറില് തന്നെ പരീക്ഷ ഇന്സ്റ്റാള്
ചെയ്യുക.പരീക്ഷ നടത്താന് പുതിയ യൂസറെ ക്രിയേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.
* പരീക്ഷ ഇന്സ്റ്റാള് ചെയ്ത് Run ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് Home
ഫോള്ഡറിനകത്ത് Default ആയി ഉള്ള Documents എന്ന
ഫോള്ഡര് Rename ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.(MyDocumentsഎന്നോ മറ്റോ)
പരീക്ഷാ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കാവശ്യമായ ഫയലുകള് അടങ്ങിയ ഫോള്ഡറിന്റെ
പേരും Documents എന്നാണ് .ഈ ഫോള്ഡര് ലോഡ് ചെയ്യണമെങ്കില്
ഉബുണ്ടുവിന്റെ ഡിഫോള്ട്ട് ഡോക്യുമെന്റ്സ് ഫോള്ഡറിന്റെ പേര് മാറ്റണം.
* പുതിയ യൂസറില് പരീക്ഷ ഇന്സ്റ്റാള് ചെയ്യുന്നവര്
Users and Groups വഴി User privileges ല്
പ്രവേശിച്ച് പുതിയ യൂസര്ക്ക് Administrator the System
എന്ന പ്രിവിലേജ് നല്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
* പുതിയ യൂസറില് പരീക്ഷ നടത്തുന്നവര് Exam റണ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്
Desktop ല് പരീക്ഷാ സംബന്ധമായ ഫോള്ഡറുകളില് Image കളും
documents കളും കാണുന്നില്ലെങ്കില് പ്രസ്തുത ഫോള്ഡറുകളെല്ലാം
ഡീലിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് Terminal ല് താഴെ പറയുന്ന കമാന്റ് റണ് ചെയ്യുക.
ശേഷം Exam വീണ്ടും റണ് ചെയ്യുക
sudo chmod -R 777 /usr/share/itexam/Resources
* IT Practical എക്സാം സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയര് ഉബുണ്ടുവില് ഇന്സ്റ്റാള്
ചെയ്തതിന് ശേഷം Desktop ല്പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുന്ന itexam-3.desktop
(പരീക്ഷയുടെ Short Cut) എന്ന ഫയലിന് Right Click-
Properties-Permissions വഴി Execute Permission
നല്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
പരീക്ഷാ സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയര് 3.8 വില് ഇന്സ്റ്റാള് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്
ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങള്
* 3.8 ല് പുതിയ യൂസറില് പരീക്ഷ ഇന്സ്റ്റാള് ചെയ്തതിന്
ശേഷം Exam റണ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള് Desktop ല്പരീക്ഷാ
സംബന്ധമായ ഫോള്ഡറുകളില് Image കളും documents
കളും കാണുന്നില്ലെങ്കില് പ്രസ്തുത ഫോള്ഡറുകളെല്ലാം
ഡീലിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് Root Terminal ല് താഴെ പറയുന്ന
കമാന്റ് റണ് ചെയ്യുക. ശേഷം Exam വീണ്ടും റണ് ചെയ്യുക
chmod -R 777 /usr/share/itexam/Resources

സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഹൈസ്കൂള്, ഹയര്സെക്കന്ററി വൊക്കേഷണല് ഹയര്സെക്കന്ററി സ്കൂളുകള്ക്ക് ഐ.സി.ടി.സ്കീം പ്രകാരം ഐ.ടി.ഉപകരണങ്ങള് ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിച്ചു. 2009–10 വര്ഷം നിലവിലുള്ള സര്ക്കാര് സ്കൂളുകളും ഐ.സി.ടി. സ്കീമില് ചേര്ന്നിട്ടുള്ള എയ്ഡഡ് സ്കുളുകള്ക്കുമാണ് അപേക്ഷിക്കാന് അര്ഹതയുള്ളത്.
സ്കൂളുകളിലെ ഐ.ടി ഉപദേശക സമിതിയുടെയും സ്റ്റാഫ് കൗണ്സിലിന്റെയും അംഗീകാരം നേടിയശേഷം അപേക്ഷ ആഗസ്ത് 21 നു മുന്പ് www.ict.itschool.gov.in എന്ന സൈറ്റില് ഓണ്ലൈനായി നല്കണം.Laptop,പ്രോജക്ടറുകള്, ടി.എഫ്.ടി മോണിറ്ററുകള്, ൩കെ.വി.എ യു.പി.എസ്,ഡിജിറ്റല് ക്യാമറ,എക്സ്റ്റേണല് ഹാര്ഡ് ഡിസ്ക്,ഡി.വി.ഡി.റൈറ്ററുകള് എന്നീ ഉപകരണങ്ങള് അനുവദനീയമായ തുകയ്ക്ക്, (കുട്ടികളുടെ എണ്ണത്തിനനുസരിച്ച്) സ്കൂളുകള്ക്ക് ആവശ്യപ്പെടാം. പ്രിന്ററുകള്,സ്കാനര്,ഹാന്റിക്യാം ജനറേറ്റര് എന്നിവയും നിലവില് ഇല്ലാത്ത സ്കൂളുകള്ക്ക്, ആവശ്യപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ്.
നിലവിലുള്ള ഐ.സി.ടി.ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ ഉപയോഗരീതിയും ഐ.ടി. അധിഷ്ഠിത വിദ്യാഭ്യസത്തിന്റെ അവസ്ഥയും ഐ.ടി ഓഡിറ്റ വഴി പരിശോധിച്ച ശേഷമായിരിക്കും പുതിയ ഉപകരണങ്ങള് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുക.

In G.O (P) No.438/2010/Fin dated 07/08/2010 Government have sanctioned an Ad Hoc Bonus of Rs.2750/- for those who drawing total emoluments not exceeding Rs.10750/.Government have also ordered Special Festival Allowance of Rs.1500/- for those employees drawing total emoluments above Rs.10750/- in the revised scales.State service pensioners and family pensioners will be given a special festival allowance of Rs.400/- and Rs.300/- respectively.

Onam Advance
In G.O (P) No.439/2010/Fin dated 07/08/2010 Government have ordered that an Onam Advance of Rs.7500/- will be paid to all employees.
The advance will be recovered in five equal monthly instalments. The Advance will be drawn and disbursed from 18/08/2010 onwards.
Onam Advance to part-time contingent employees
In G.O (Ms) No.440/10/Fin dated 07/08/2010 Government have sanctioned Onam Advance of Rs.1000/- to part-time contingent employees and other categories as listed in the G.O.The Advance will be recovered in five equal monthly instalments and in 21 weekly instalments in the case of persons getting weekly wages.

In G.O.(P)No.362/2010/Fin dated 03/07/2010 Government have ordered revision of rates of Dearness Allowance payable to State Government Employees, Teachers, Staff of Aided Schools, Private Colleges and Polytechnics, Full Time employees borne on the contingent and work charged establishments and employees of Local Bodies w.e.f. 01.01.2010. The revised rate of DA is 78%.
The revised rate of D.A. due from 01.01.2010 (additional 14%) will be paid in cash with the salary due for the month of August, 2010 onwards. The arrears for the period from 01.01.2010 to 31.07.2010 will be drawn and credited to the PF account of the employee along with the salary bill for the month of August, 2010 to February, 2011
